Product Strategy
RedFlow's product strategy is based around packaged electricity storage units, ready for installation. These have kilowatt-scale capacity suitable for use in residential and small enterprise applications.
These systems can be scaled-up by combining a larger number of kW-scale systems through their built-in communications and control interfaces.
"This overcomes the intrinsic and significant technical problems of up-scaling battery size by making "bigger" batteries. It also builds a natural redundancy into the application such that even the unlikely failure of one system can be supported with minimal loss of capacity."
