Control & Communications Systems

RedFlow's Power+BOS® ZB and LA systems are packaged with integrated control and communications systems.

These include:

• An industrial quality inverter to generate AC from the 48 volt battery supply for direct grid connection;
• An Electronic Interface System (EIS). The EIS controls the battery, its operation and re-charge and also the communications system; and
• A communications systems that uses modern 3G cellphone networks to send data back to both RedFlow and the user (if required).

These systems allow RedFlow or the utility to remotely monitor and control the systems, which is especially useful for rural or remote locations.
