PETER PURSEY CHAIRMAN
Richard Aird Peter Pursey is a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of RedFlow. Peter is an experienced company director, holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Australia College of Defence and Strategic Studies. His background in organisation management and leadership spans the manufacturing, resources, pharmaceutical and defence sectors. His skills include strategic planning, investor relations, capital raising, governance and quality networks in Australia, USA and Asia. He holds an Order of Australia (AM) and has managed a number of large organizations and holds a number of public board positions for Australian and American companies including Austin Engineering Limited.
ANNE-MARIE BIRKILL NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Richard Aird Anne-Marie Birkill is a Non-Executive Director of RedFlow. Anne-Marie is a General Partner in OneVentures, a $40 million venture capital fund backing innovative companies with global relevance in cleantech, IT&T/new media and life sciences. She was previously CEO of i.lab Incubator Pty Ltd, an $8 million Queensland Government initiative providing space, skills and business development support, and mentoring to early stage, technology based companies. Prior to joining i.lab, Anne-Marie worked in senior management positions in private and listed companies and the university sector, management, product development, capital raising, intellectual property management, sales and marketing and market research.
Phil Hutchings CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Phil Hutchings Phil Hutchings is CEO and Managing Director of RedFlow.  Phil has a strong background in corporate finance and energy, especially with young companies. He has guided development of geothermal energy projects in Australia and Germany since 2000. His former career includes thirteen years in corporate finance, including as director of a national stockbroking firm. He has a wide background in the Australian mining industry and extensive international experience. He holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma of Business Administration.
Chris Winter Chief TECHNOLOGY Officer
Chris Winter Chris Winter is CTO of RedFlow. He has been the driving force behind the development of the patented zinc bromine flow battery. Chris had a successful career as a petroleum engineer with companies such as  Schlumberger and Wintershall AG. He has extensive international business experience having lived and worked in Germany, Oman and Venezuela. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering.
Dr Alex Winter Chief ENGINEER
Alex Winter Alex Winter is the Chief Engineer of RedFlow. Leading up to the founding of RedFlow, Alex spent some seven years working on research and development of flowing electrolyte batteries using his expertise in fluid dynamics and mechanical design. Alex has significant international experience having lived and worked in Austria, and Argentina in various consulting, managerial and engineering roles. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering with first class honours and a Doctor of Philosophy in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Richard Aird CHIEF OPERATIons OFFICER
Richard Aird Richard is a professional project manager with over twenty years practical experience in construction and rural industries. He brings a wealth of business experience to RedFlow and the board.  Richard has first-hand and detailed knowledge of customer needs and requirements for off-grid electricity generating and storage systems in remote areas.
KAREN HUDSON CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Richard Aird Karen Hudson is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience in finance management - specialising in successful outcomes for fast growth, start up and pre/post IPO positioning companies. She has served as Chief Financial Officer for various listed and large private entities specialising in energy, technology, and infrastructure -- including Vision Energy (UXC Ltd group), Industrea Ltd, Queensland Department of Transport, and various pre and post IPO technology in Sydney and Brisbane. She also served as Corporate Controller of Mincom Ltd for four years, after a decade long career with PWC and Ernst and Young.
Bruce Ebzery Sales Manager, Utilities
Gary Jubb Bruce manages RedFlow’s sales of energy storage solutions to electrical distribution utilities and large corporate customers in Australia. He has twenty years business development experience in selling engineering services and products. Initially, he worked in process engineering sales for large multinationals targeting the resource sector, then moving into electrical utilities covering both retail and regulatory businesses. During this time he also added post graduate masters qualifications in Engineering and Business Economics.
John Davis Global Business Development
Gary Jubb John manages RedFlow’s global sales development, and is based in USA. He has over 20 years experience in energy-related technology sales into international various markets

His prior roles include global business development for Deeya Energy, VRB Power Systems and ReliOn Corporation.

John also has developed strong business relationships in emerging markets such as Eastern Africa, Central and South American and the Caribbean Basin. During the 1990's, John was responsible for European sales for a global telecommunications equipment supplier managing 9 countries and 15 distributors. John holds an BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering..
Gary Jubb National Sales Manager
Gary Jubb Gary has over 30 years in the electrical industry, he is a qualified electrian and is accredited by the Clean Energy Council in both Standalone and Grid Connected power systems. For the past 10 years Gary has held senior managerial positions in sales with National Renewable energy companies in both Australia and New Zealand.

Gary joined Redflow to grow the direct sales of Grid+BOS and Power+BOS products into the SAPS and Grid storage support sectors.
